Brand Brain
The live knowledge graph every agent runs on, see what Zocket knows
Problem we solve
"How do you keep the AI on-brand?" is the first hard question on every call. For most tools the answer is prompt engineering and hope. For Zocket the answer is the Brand Brain, a brand-specific knowledge graph built by crawling your site and creative and continuously ingesting signals about your brand and category. It used to be an invisible setup step; now it's a screen you can point at.
Value & insights we provide
- A live signal counter and streams showing the graph is actually current, not a one-time crawl
- Share-of-voice against the category, computed across connected sources
- The graph broken down by layer (e.g. Ratings & Reviews, Branch Footprint) with signal counts and sources
- Every connected source with its freshness, so stale feeds are obvious before an agent produces something off
- "Agents using this graph", proof that the same brain powers creative, moderation, and paid-media reasoning
- A chat box to interrogate the graph directly (ask, attach a playbook, or paste a CSV)
- Skills: per-brand instructions scoped to a single module (Creative AI, Performance AI, Consumer AI, ORM AI), switchable active/inactive. This is where a vertical's rules become a durable configured asset instead of a prompt someone remembers to paste, and it's the strongest answer to "how do you handle our category's requirements?"
The four screens
Overview (live signals, share of category voice, the graph by layer, sources) → Signals → Sources (connected feeds and what's still to connect) → Skills (per-module brand instructions).
Who uses it
The onboarding team confirms the graph is built and streaming. The brand manager sanity-checks what Zocket knows. Every agent reads from it.
Features in Brand Brain
- OverviewThe knowledge graph every Zocket agent runs on, now a screen you can point at. It streams live signals about your brand and your whole category into a structured graph organised by layer, shows every connected source and its freshness, and computes your share of category voice from that same data. This is the 'brand-specific knowledge graph' the sales story is built on, made visible.
/brand-brain/overview - SkillsTeach a module something specific to this brand, when to reach for it and exactly what to do. Skills are per-brand, per-module instructions layered on top of the default agent behaviour, scoped to Creative AI, Performance AI, Consumer AI, or ORM AI, and switched on or off individually.
