BFSI, Broking, Wealth & Neobanking

A different sale from lending. Broking buys content volume for SEO; neobanks buy ORM and the weekly report. Treat as its own vertical.

Do not run the lending playbook here. The product these buyers want is content and reputation, not branch creative. If you only remember one thing from this page, remember that BFSI splits in two.

What they actually say

Broking runs on content volume for SEO. 5paisa wants to go from ~10–20 to 60+ articles a day across news, share-market guides and sectoral pieces, generated from live market data (NSE, BSE, Moneycontrol, Trendline, ScanX), while preserving SEO/AEO/GEO rank and passing AI-detection tooling without earning a Google manual action. Every creative still needs exchange approval.

Neobanking is a pure ORM sale. Revolut India's requirement is monitoring across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Play Store and App Store, including platforms where they have no official account: plus executive/spokesperson keyword tracking (customers complain about the India CEO by name), per-post virality signals, and repeat-negative-commenter identification across platforms. They are replacing Sprout Social, so the weekly Friday report has to match or beat that format.

Digital broking arms want the whole stack, evaluated in a pilot. Kotak Neo's stack today is LeadSquared for lead management, Mixpanel for product analytics and CleverTap for engagement, with no AI layer over campaign optimisation. Their pain is creative quality, time-to-go-live and cost.

Proof points

  • 5paisa moved intro → live platform demo → training & support inside one quarter, and came in through an IIFL referral: customer-as-channel.
  • Consumer Insights ships a category-relative view: your share of category voice and your rank against every tracked competitor, computed across dozens of connected sources, not just your own mentions.
  • Monitoring works on public data alone. No platform API and no owned handle required, exactly Revolut's scope constraint.

Industry-specific objections

"AI content will get us penalised." Take this seriously; it's the P0 on the 5paisa register. Humanised output that passes detection tooling is an active workstream, not a solved claim. Do not over-promise.

"We already have Sprout Social / Brandwatch." Match the report format first, then win on the drafted-reply queue and the cross-platform repeat-commenter identification that listening tools don't do.

"Will the dashboard numbers actually be right?" Be careful here. In August 2026, 5paisa found a material spend discrepancy between our dashboard and Google Ads for the same period, plus brand/non-brand keyword misclassification. Fixes are in flight. Do not demo a live customer dashboard as a proof of accuracy in this vertical until the account team confirms it reconciles, get view access to the ad accounts early and verify before you present.

"We need our own LLM keys / our own cloud." Raised by 5paisa. Real request, commercial conversation, don't promise on the call.
