Module positioning

Positioning AI Designer

The most-bought module and the easiest to mis-pitch. Volume is the value in retail and BFSI; content-at-volume is the value in broking; don't lead with it in B2B.

What it is, in one line

"Hero asset in, the whole campaign out, every size, language and placement, with your brand rules enforced on every output before a human sees it."

Why it matters commercially

The math on hiring doesn't work. A brand that needs hundreds of assets a month cannot staff its way there, and agencies price per adaptation. AI Designer is a force multiplier on the team that already exists, and the guardrail, the Compliance Checker plus Approvals, is what makes volume safe rather than dangerous.

The specialist-agent structure is a genuine differentiator. 26 agents in four groups beats one generic image generator, because each agent knows what "good" looks like for its format.

How to position it by industry

IndustryThe angleThe agents to name
BFSI · LendingLead module. Branch- and language-scale adaptation under a locked disclaimer.Localization Studio, Compliance Checker, Platform Adapter
BFSI · BrokingLead, but the content agents, not the image ones. Articles at volume off live market data, SEO rank preserved.Blog/PR Creator, Content Planner, Content Discovery
Retail & DurablesLead for durables/OEM. Store collateral plus marketplace listings, the placements competitors ignore.Print & OOH, A+ Marketplace, Amazon Brand Store, Above-the-Fold Creator, Seasonal Campaign
FMCG & D2CExpansion, after the honesty disclosure below. Per-SKU governance is the hook.Compliance Checker, Variant Generator, Localization Studio
B2B & IndustrialDon't lead. Only relevant at dealer scale, 100+ dealers needing regional creative.Localization Studio, Variant Generator
Consumer Internet & MediaExpansion. Short-form and UGC volume.UGC Video Creator, Reels & Stories, Storyboard Creator
AgenciesLead. Throughput per designer. But open-file export is the gate.Image Resizer, Platform Adapter, Variant Generator

The Lenovo scoping pattern, reuse it

The live Lenovo pilot is the cleanest way to scope a creative deal:

  • Scope in masters + adaptations (25 masters, 100 adaptations/month), because that's the unit the customer already thinks in.
  • Iterations and feedback don't count against the cap: only final delivered outputs do. Say this early; it removes the biggest unspoken fear about AI creative.
  • Turnaround: first cuts in minutes to hours; a 100-image bulk adaptation typically inside a day, depending on feedback cycles.
  • Expect layered, branched guidelines: sub-brand × platform (Amazon vs social) is normal.
  • Video is scoped and priced separately from images.

Demo it like this

Open Apps and scroll the four…
The breadth lands on its own
Pick the two agents that are…
Show Compliance Checker
severity-flagged issues with auto-fix…
Show Approvals and Activity
Governance and audit trail, not just…

Skip the empty-state Create flow. Instead:

  1. Open Apps and scroll the four groups. The breadth lands on its own.
  2. Pick the two agents that are specific to their industry and open one.
  3. Show Compliance Checker: severity-flagged issues with auto-fix. This is the "volume is safe" proof.
  4. Show Approvals and Activity. Governance and audit trail, not just generation.

Watch-outs

  • Concept diversity and voice/music variation are open gaps (raised by Dabur). A generated batch can feel templated. Disclose it rather than being caught.
  • PSD / open-file export is a recurring blocker across agency, BFSI and retail. Take the requirement; don't promise a date.
  • For video, we recommend an assisted model with an account manager to hold quality. Don't sell fully self-serve video.
